Booking places from 04/08 to 18/08 : minimum 10 nights stay. The whole amount should be paid when arriving.

Minimum not booked stay from 09/08 to 18/08 is 6 nights. The whole amount should be paid when arriving. 

Dogs are not allowed.

Four-months stay from May the 24th  to September 15th 2019

Every possible addition must be communicated.

The booking of the place should be paid with a €200,00 deposit as confirmation, and the remaining amount shall be paid at the arrival.

CANCELLATION FEES. 

The following cancellation fees are applied on the deposit:

 · cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: free

-cancellations from 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50%;

 · cancellations from 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100%.
